Immune Signature

RoyalLife Wellness Clinic RoyalLife Wellness Clinic

Boost your immune defenses and sustain good health.

The role of our immune system is to defend against and remove foreign substances or invading germs that enter the body. White blood cells circulate in the bloodstream and various organs, working to safeguard and support overall well-being.

When the immune system functions abnormally, it can lead to low immunity or immune deficiency. This makes it easier for germs and foreign substances to enter the body, causing prolonged illnesses or more severe symptoms compared to individuals with healthy immune systems. Immunodeficiency can result from various factors, including:

1. Inadequate and ineffective sleep: Getting a sufficient 8-9 hours of sleep allows the body to produce Growth Hormones, enabling the immune system, particularly NK cells or killer cells, to recuperate and combat viruses effectively.

2. Insufficient physical activity: Engaging in regular exercise, with a minimum of 30 minutes five days a week, aids in enhancing the immune system's functionality.

3. Excess weight and body fat, to be precise, the body fat percentage (% Body Fat DEXA Scan) should ideally be below 28% for men and 32% for women.

4. Experiencing stress, whether it's acute or chronic, can lead to a weakened immune system, making the body more susceptible to infections.

5. Consuming detrimental foods for your health, like sugary drinks, high-sugar foods, excessive oil, excessive salt, fried foods, processed foods, and alcoholic beverages.

6. Other factors harmful to your health and the immune system, such as smoking and exposure to PM2.5 dust and smoke, should be actively avoided.

In addition to self-care for maintaining a strong immune system, comprehensive cellular-level health examinations can aid in assessing the risk of various diseases due to a compromised immune system.
