is a condition caused by the loss of body balance due to the body temperature being too high. It usually occurs when the body temperature rises above 40 degrees Celsius, which makes the body unable to adjust its internal temperature normally. and may cause unconsciousness or death. If correct treatment is not received in a timely manner

  1. Drink enough water You should drink 8 glasses of water a day and drink it periodically, especially when doing various activities.
  2. Wear appropriate clothing. You should wear light clothing. and easy ventilation
  3. Protect from the sun with other clothing such as sunglasses or a hat. And choose to apply sunscreen with SPF > 15 or more.
  4. Avoid doing outdoor activities. You should avoid being in the hot sun for a long time and should use an umbrella or stay in the shade to prevent exposure to direct sunlight.

If you encounter a person suffering from heatstroke, first aid can be provided by bringing the patient into the shade. And drink lots of water and use a fan to cool down and lower the body temperature as quickly as possible. Then immediately taken to the hospital.
