Office Syndrome does not only occur in the neck, shoulders, and shoulders. In some cases, there may be pain and muscle stiffness in the back.
BDMS Wellness Clinic recommends simple stretching exercises that anyone can do at home, even if there is limited space, to reduce muscle tension in the back together.
- Pose 1Lie on your back and raise both legs as close to your chest as possible.
- Pose 2Raise your legs parallel to your body. Use your hands to press your knees down, facing the opposite side, keeping your shoulders on the ground at all times.
- Pose 3Crawl on your knees, stretch your arms, bend your body forward, bend your back up, and bend your neck.
- Pose 4Sit down on your heels. Stretch both arms forward, and lean down.
