    HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a fitness trend that is becoming popular for people who want to exercise but have limited time to exercise. This exercise method will help reduce excess fat around the waist (Abdominal fat) quickly. HIIT will also help increase muscle, helping to make the thighs, upper arms, and abdomen more toned.

    You can do it yourself no matter where you are. By running at a high speed (High intensity exercise) alternating with jogging or walking (Recovery period), this is just HIIT.

    The recovery time should be set to be at least 1 time longer than the time spent running at high speed, for example, running at high speed for 30 seconds should be followed by jogging for about 1 minute, then start a new round. You should alternate running like this for about 4-6 rounds for best results.

    From research, it has been found that exercising this way will increase the rate of burning sugar and fat comparable to general jogging. But it takes less time. Therefore, it is suitable for people who want to lose weight and have limited time.
