Just move to reduce the risk and avoid stroke, stenosis, rupture, and blockage!
On the occasion of World Stroke Day, I would like to invite everyone to reduce the risk of stroke easily.
A small step towards success in stroke prevention
Stroke is the second leading cause of death in Thailand. The World Stroke Organization has reported that physical inactivity is the cause of stroke, and 1 in 4 people are at risk of having a stroke at least once in their lifetime.

Starting to take care of yourself is an important factor that can prevent the risk of stroke. Moderate-intensity exercise 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, or 150 minutes a week can reduce the risk of stroke by 25% by reducing the risk of related conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and high blood lipids. Depression and stress, etc.
For those who have had a stroke Exercise is very important because it helps prevent recurrence, reduces the risk of dementia, and improves recovery. It helps with weakness and improves overall well-being. Although physical conditions may have limitations on mobility. However, some forms of exercise can still be done by consulting a doctor. Physical therapists or occupational therapists to help find the right exercise method.
It's very important to start exercising. If you can't exercise for 30 minutes in a row, you may start with a short 10-minute workout or lifestyle changes to increase physical activity, such as walking up stairs or parking farther to increase distance. When you see the progress of your own change, you will feel accomplished and motivated to continue.

Due toWorld Stroke Day This year, We would like to invite everyone to be a part of the Challenge to increase physical activity. Start with a small goal to change yourself every day, and we will see that these small steps can change our world and prevent this disease. It is worthy of the sentence "TOGETHER WE CAN BE" #GreaterThan STROKE!
