Annual Health Check-Up
A comprehensive approach to prevention and long-term health.
An annual health check-up gives you a clear, detailed view of your current health while helping you stay ahead of potential risks. By combining laboratory tests, diagnostic imaging, and physician evaluation, it helps assess key areas of your health and may identify abnormalities or risk factors that might otherwise go unnoticed.
Modern lifestyles and environmental factors can gradually affect health without obvious symptoms. Sedentary habits, diet, stress, alcohol consumption, and insufficient rest may contribute to increased long-term risk. Regular screening allows these factors to be monitored and managed proactively.
The annual health check-up programme is perfect for health-conscious individuals who wish to monitor their health, understand potential risk factors, and receive personalized preventive guidance.

Program Overview
The annual health check-up focuses on early detection, risk identification, and ongoing monitoring. It combines laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, and physician consultation to provide a broader overview of your health.
Consultations are based on your personal health history and test findings, allowing physicians to provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise to support long-term health and healthy aging.
Screenings Included
Laboratory Tests
Hematology (Complete Blood Count – CBC)
Evaluates red and white blood cells and platelets and may help identify signs associated with anemia, infection, and other blood-related conditions.
Blood Sugar Profile
Fasting glucose and HbA1c assess current and long-term blood sugar levels, supporting early detection of diabetes and metabolic imbalance.
Lipid Profile and Cardiovascular Markers
Cholesterol levels and related markers help estimate cardiovascular risk and support personalized preventive planning.
Liver Function Tests
Measure key enzymes and proteins to evaluate liver health and detect inflammation or dysfunction.
Kidney Function and Uric Acid
Kidney function tests may include BUN, creatinine, and estimated glomerular filtration rate, depending on the selected package. Uric acid may also be assessed as a separate metabolic and joint-health marker.
Hormone Profile
Depending on the selected package, hormone testing may include thyroid markers such as TSH, Free T3, and Free T4 to support the assessment of thyroid function.
Tumor Markers
Depending on the selected package, selected tumor marker tests may include CEA, AFP, CA 125 with HE4 for women, and PSA for men. These results provide supplementary information and must be interpreted alongside medical history, physical examination, imaging, and other clinical findings.
Urine and Stool Examination
Assesses selected urinary and gastrointestinal findings that may require further evaluation.
Diagnostic Imaging and Functional Tests
Chest X-Ray
Provides images of the lungs and other structures within the chest to help identify selected abnormalities.
Abdominal Ultrasound
Examines internal organs such as the liver, kidneys, pancreas, and gallbladder.
Carotid Ultrasound
Evaluates blood flow through the carotid arteries and may identify plaque, narrowing, or changes in the artery walls that can inform cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk assessment.
Digital Mammogram (Female)
Used for breast screening and early detection of abnormalities.
Bone Density (DEXA Scan)
Measures bone mineral density to support the assessment of osteoporosis and fracture risk. Depending on the examination protocol, DEXA may also provide body-composition information.
Electrocardiogram (EKG)
Records the heart’s and electrical activity for cardiovascular evaluation.
Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI)
Assesses circulation and helps detect peripheral artery disease.
Exercise Stress Test (EST)
Evaluates the cardiovascular response to physical exertion under medical supervision. Suitability for the test depends on the individual’s health status and physician assessment.
Additional Screening and Evaluations
Eye and Ear Examinations
Assess vision and hearing function.
Skin Analysis
Evaluates skin condition and identifies dermatological concerns.
Pap Smear (Female)
Screens for abnormal or precancerous cervical cell changes and may help prevent cervical cancer or identify it at an early stage.
