Guidelines for Diabetic Care Organizations
1.Promoting Holistic Health
Encourage employees to have knowledge in self-care, such as weight control, dietary habit modification, etc. It also educates colleagues and supervisors to help reduce the risk and prevent future diseases.
2.Blood glucose test
Arrange the appropriate space or equipment for glucose monitoring or insulin injections. Equipped with safe containers for disposing of infectious waste to help reduce the risk of emergencies and allow employees to work continuously.

Provide stores or vending machines that sell healthy foods such as fruits, nuts, and whole grains.

5.Physical activity during work.
Encourage employees to be physically active during the day, such as standing, walking during meetings, or stretching.
6.Stress Management
Stress causes blood sugar to rise. Organizations should take measures to reduce stress in the workplace, such as proper distribution of work. Mental health counseling or relaxation activities can help employees better manage their diabetes.
