Children can be stressed.
Mental health affects the way of thinking, causing changes in mood, learning, and behavior that may affect one's life. Children with good mental health will have a good quality of life. Able to perform various activities at home, school, or live with people in society normally.
But at present Stress problems among children and teenagers tend to increase continuously, which may be caused by rapid changes in society and the environment. This makes children sometimes unable to adapt to what is happening. Resulting in mental health problems (Mental Disorders) if left untreated or occur frequently. Those behaviors may persist and have a lifelong effect. Therefore, receiving proper diagnosis and treatment at an early stage is the best way to solve the problem.
Parents should be aware that children have emotional states just like adults. But the symptoms may be different.
