Healthy Food Choices for Celebration
The New Year is a time of celebration. A party is held to relax. There are often many dishes at the party, and the best dishes are usually high-energy foods full of fat and sugar, such as chips, sausages, meatballs, and fried dumplings. Chicken nuggets, pizza, cheese balls, etc. As a result, we often get excess weight as a giveaway every year.

1. Healthy Appetizer
For snacks at parties that are often in pieces. Easy to pick up and eat. Try switching to a menu with more vegetables, such as salad rolls, fresh spring rolls, etc. Or you can try making canapés using vegetables instead of bread.
2. Healthy Main Dish
For the main course Avoid processed foods and fast foods, focusing on salad, grilled, boiled, and steamed foods to reduce fat, such as grilled fish. Grilled chicken, pork larb, salad, som tam, vegetable salad, and don't forget to put fresh vegetables next to it to eat together.
3. Healthy Dessert
Some parties may have large cakes or sweets to rinse your mouth after eating savory food. Try changing to a colorful fruit arrangement, bite-sized pieces, or skewers for easy access. Fruits are considered a healthy option. Because in addition to providing less energy than sweets, they are also full of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
4. Healthy Beverage
Alcohol is an indispensable thing at a festive party. Try adding options to other drinks such as soda, herbal water, without sugar. Real fruit juice, kombucha, infused water, and most importantly, water must be included in the options.
The New Year is a festival of happiness, let's celebrate it without sacrificing health. Do not harm yourself and be open to good things that will come in the next year.
