Balance and beauty that appear to the eye #SpiritualPractices (Spiritual Practices) is like a bridge that connects us to the outside world. It helps us to reach the depths of nature. Feel the great power and find inner peace.

 

1. Mindfulness Meditation

Meditation focuses on practicing mindfulness, keeping the mind focused on the present, helping the mind to be free, calm, and not distracted. Brain waves slow down. Regulates stress hormones and strengthens immunity Better manage and recognize illnesses

2. Walking Meditation

Walking is a mental training by paying attention to the manners of the body in relation to the thoughts. Consciousness of one's own movements helps to concentrate more, eliminates cloudy emotions, and improves sleep quality.

3. Forest Bathing

Japanese walking that resembles Jongkrom walking. Recognize the atmosphere around you through the 5 senses using natural stress therapy. Create calm and relaxation. It was found that brain waves slowed down with a frequency similar to brain waves during deep sleep.

4. Yoga

On June 8, 2024, which coincides with this year's Global Wellness Day, the theme "Magenta Nature" invites everyone to connect with the natural world and become a part of nature through a variety of activities, leading to good health in body, mind, and spirit.
