Bubble milk tea... Delicious, dangerous drinks

From a survey of 25 bubble milk tea shops, it was found that
- Bubble milk tea sold in our country has an average of 408 kilocalories of energy, which is equivalent to eating one meal or 5 ladles of rice.
- It contains up to 43 grams of sugar (11 teaspoons) and 12 grams of fat (about 3 teaspoons of oil).
What's even more shocking is that some stores contain up to 769 kilocalories, or the equivalent of eating almost 10 ladles of rice! It contains up to 74 grams of sugar, or the equivalent of eating 19 teaspoons of sugar, which is three times higher than the recommendation. That allows us to consume no more than 24 grams of sugar, or only 6 teaspoons.
It also has up to 25 grams of fat (5 teaspoons of oil), most of which is fat. “Saturated fat” from ingredients like creamer and evaporated milk This is higher than the American Heart Association's recommendation of consuming no more than 11 -12 grams of saturated fat per day (5-6% of daily energy needs).
