Do you know Blue light?

Blue light is blue light that is classified as Visible light. It is close to UV light that we are very familiar with.

Where does Blue light come from?

Blue light is produced from 2 sources. This type of light is natural light that comes from the sun. Blue light can also be found from man-made light sources such as fluorescent light bulbs in the home and light emitted from various electronic devices such as computer screens, mobile phones, and tablets, etc.

Why is Blue light dangerous?

Blue light is classified as Harmful light because it has the power to damage the retina, which is the innermost membrane of the eye that serves as the retina (Image formation). There is also a report from Harvard University that blue light suppresses the secretion of the hormone melatonin (Melatonin), which is a hormone that helps with deep sleep and in slowing down aging (Anti-aging).
